DogFight 1.1

Alright, heres the scenario, its 1916 and you have a bi-plane. Your objective is pretty simple. Kill the other guy. You'll need somebody else to play this game with as it is 2 player only.

When you load the game (BTW, no installation here just run it and away you go) you get an option screen for setting such variables as:


Automatic acceleration/Manual acceleration (I suggest automatic, it makes flying the plane much easier)
No air-to-air collisions/Air-to-air collisions (In case you hit something whilst flying, if turned on you crash & burn)
Unlimited bobms/Two bombs (Two bombs isnt much, but you get them back each time you die)
Maximum alititude/No maximum altitude (you can fly right off the top of the screen Weee!)

Okay, select your variables and away you go. You'll get a nice splitscreen view of a nicely done landscape. You'll also notice a very annoying tree that you keep running into, once you've gotten past the tree you'll get to know the basics of the game. Just fly around until you meet your oppenent and try to shoot-em down. However you must watch out for the submarines that come of the lake that will fire their flak guns at you, the blimps that have cannons mounted on them, and the other players base is now gaurded by a cannon (shoots bullets or flak).

I'll admit that the game is very simple, but it is very well done and strangely addictive. It's one of those games you spend hours on end playing with your friends for no reason. Best of all its FREE! You can rack up 500 kills and keep playing. Download this game for hours of plane exploding entertainment.
